The Level 1 Award in Sake is a beginner level introduction to sake for those starting a career in the industry or pursuing an interest in sake.

• How to describe sake using the WSET Level 1 Systematic Approach to Tasting Sake® (SAT)

: 4 weeks and you can follow the lectures whenever you want

Requirements: For individuals new to wine study

Lessons : A four-week online course that works around your schedule. With a tutor provided directly from the WSET

Material to study : you will find the book online

End of registration: one week before the start of the course

Exam: the Level 1 Award in Spirits examination consists of 30 multiple-choice questions to be completed in 45 minutes. To pass you must correctly answer 70% of the questions. Successful students will receive a WSET certificate and lapel pin

You must be at least 18 years old to enrol on any of our courses.

HOW TO DO THE FINAL ONLINE EXAM

To sit a remotely invigilated exam you need two devices, ONE to do the EXAM and one to record your exam's room.
